At OVERIT Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or receipt with your return.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition with tags attached.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the damage. To ensure a smooth claims process and avoid any trust issues, please record a video while unboxing your package, as this will serve as proof in case the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number
  2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible
  3. Include your order number and reason for return
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our team

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
